FAQ

  1. When will my color printing request become available?

Color Printing will become available on the day requested, or if the submitted request is on the same day, after one hour. 

  2. Will I get a notification that color printing is available?

No. We do not currently offer notifications. If color printing does not become available during the requested day, please contact helpdesk@valorchristian.com. 

  3. What if I need Color Printing for more than three days?

Please email helpdesk@valorchristian.com for requests that are longer than 3 days.

  4. What if I need to change my request?

Simply create a new request. The sync will use the most recent request.

  5. Can I make more than one request at the same time?

We recommend making each request one at a time. Making multiple requests at once may confuse the system. Wait until your current request has passed before making a new one.
