1. Navigate to https://portals.veracross.com/valorchristian

2. Click "Update Family Profile".

3. Click "My Personal Contact Information"

4. Click "edit"

5. Update the "Mobile Phone" number and Email Address.

Alert: RAVE requires each user to have a UNIQUE mobile phone number and email address to create an account and receive alerts.
Ensure each member of your family has a different email and mobile phone number to ensure that you can receive email and mobile phone alerts.
6. Click "save"

Tip: It may take up to 24 hours for our database to sync with RAVE and update the information.
