All students, faculty, and staff have access to the printers on campus. These printers can be accessed from any device so long as it is connected to VALORWIRELESS. Windows laptops, MacBooks, iPads/iPhones, Chromebooks/Chrome Browsers, and Android phones/tablets can all print to the printers on campus through a program called Mobility Print
A feature of this printing service is that you only need to add one printer and you can walk up to various supported printers on campus if another one is busy.
The following printer currently support this with the remainder coming this summer: Both Library Printers, Academics Basement
Adding the printers to your device(s) is a simple process. A web page has been created which will detect your device and provide the necessary instructions.
When adding the printers in the process specific to your device, we recommend the following options:
- Students: Add the "All Student Printing" printer
- Faculty: Add the "All Staff Printing" and "All Staff BW Printing" printers if they have not been added already.
While the direct print queues are available to be added, the ones above allow you to print at any supported "release station" printer (currently Library and Academics Basement)

Once you have added your printer, you can print to it just like any normal printer. Depending on your device, it may ask for you to log in. Use your EID (full email/password) credentials to login.
MacBooks sometimes get a message when you print called "hold for authentication". This means your login on the printer is incorrect, click the circular arrow icon to re-enter and try again.
Now that you've sent your print, your print is now ready for release.
